Mortgage Fees

You can choose how we are paid. You can pay purely on a fee basis and we will not receive any commission from the lender. Should you choose this option then we will usually charge a fee of £1000. Alternatively we can receive commission from the lender and reduce the fee accordingly.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
