MortgagesFor Residential and Commercial purposes, we have up to date information and access to a wide range of Building Societies, Banks and Central Lenders' schemes from which we can draw to suit individual circumstances. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. You can choose how we are paid. You can pay purely on a fee basis and we will not receive any commission from the lender. Should you choose this option then we will usually charge a fee of £800. Alternatively we can receive commission from the lender and reduce the fee accordingly. Commercial mortgages are not regulated by the FSA or arranged via Sesame.
