How We Work
The Altero Advice Process
There are 5 Chapters in the Altero Advice Process;
Chapter 1: Discovery Meeting: to establish your priorities aims/objectives/goals/expectations. This is usually at our expense, i.e. no cost to you.
Chapter 2: The Generic Evaluation: We analyse and research your current situation and make generic recommendations of action required to achieve goals/targets. We establish your attitude toward investment risk/loss then prepare a generic report for you to keep.
Chapter 3: Specific Solutions: A detailed report is delivered and presented to you for a pre agreed fixed price, depending upon complexity. In many cases it is possible to offset this cost.
Chapter 4: Mutual Commitment: at this stage you have decided that you want to become a client and we proceed with the recommendations made in the previous Chapter.
Chapter 5: Habitual Assessment: This is the ongoing service level you have decided you want and will be discussed and agreed with you. There are currently four service standards – Comprehensive, Premier, Elite and Transactional.
